When I inquired about it the cable/sat companies told me that they are at the mercies of the big channels to bundle. ESPN,CNN,ABC etc. are all owned and operated by Disney, they are the ones pulling the strings and we as the consumer need to boycott these large corporations in order to make them listen to what we really feel is fair.
