Razer Finally Makes Its Onza 360 Controller Available: $50 Or €50, Your Choice
by Devin Coldewey on January 6, 2011

We first saw the Onza improved 360 controller at last year’s CES, and at the time, I thought it would be released during 2010 — but it’s only now hitting… because of delays? Or because they decided to capitalize on the CES hype? I’m guessing the latter. At any rate, it’ll be available in a little over a week.

The Onza has improved buttons, a tension control on the analog sticks, and programmable shoulder buttons. I haven’t tried out the new 360 controller with the twistable d-pad, but I think I’d go with the Onza over that. Controlling the resistance on the analog stick really feels great.

You’ll be able to pick one up on the 17th for 50 of your local currency, be it dollars or euros. Or you could get the slightly less-cool Standard Edition, which doesn’t have the cool analog sticks, for 10 credits less.
