Looking at the SH100's specs, I think a better camera integrated into a phone would be better. What I think would be great is something along the lines of a Panasonic Lumix LX5 or a Canon S90 with integrated BT (or WiFi, or whatever option you want), allowing you to pair it with a smartphone for geo-tagging and sharing.
